About Us

Jamie Traeger-Muney, PhD

jJamie, her husband, their 11 year old son and 8 year old daughter made Aliyah, from San Francisco, in 2009 (although Jamie likes to claim that she only moved here 2 weeks ago because she finds that it predisposes people to want to help her and to endure her burgeoning Hebrew). Jamie loves developing programs she wishes would have been available to help her and it is out of this desire that she partnered with Bev to developOlim4Olim. A big proponent of not recreating the wheel, Jamie firmly believes in the power of support to help someone through any transition, especially one as monumental as making Aliyah.

Jamie has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the mother country and has worked as a psychologist and coach for over 15 years with individuals, couples, and families. She finds it quite humbling to be an immigrant and relies heavily on her expertise in positive psychology to help her clients, her family, and herself with their transition. It is out of the research on what makes people flourish that Jamie and her family decided to make Aliyah and it is through this research that Jamie tries to stay grounded during the roller-coaster ride that is the first couple of years in a new country. Jamie looks forward to sharing her expertise and helping others to have a smooth and fulfilling klitah.

Bev Ehrlich

bBev made aliyah with her husband Adrian, in 1987, from Cape Town, South Africa. They live in Modiin with their four Israeli born children.

Bev coaches students who wish to improve their English as well as teenagers and adults who wish to make life changes. She has a coaching license from Seminar Hakibutzim and is a member of the Israel Coaching Association. Her passion is motivating people who wish to enhance their lives and make positive and successful changes. She and Jamie founded Olim4Olim in order to use their skills as coaches to support the transition difficulties which Olim so often experience during their first years in Israel.

Bev has a BA in Psychology and Hebrew and a teacher’s diploma from the University of Cape Town. She also has an honors degree in psychology. In 2000 she established and ran the English Speaker’s program in the Even Chen School in Shoham. She and Jamie provide coaching engagements which meet both individual and group needs. Bev looks forward to empowering you to pursue your dreams of living your best life in Israel.
